Dorrie O’Brien is the leader of the Grand Prairie Texas chapter of ACT For America. After attending a lecture by O’Brien, reporter Chelsea Schmid wrote, “What exactly constitutes radical Islam versus regular Islam, however was not mentioned in the presentation, nor was the speaker able to expound upon the idea.” Schmid continued, “When asked by a member of the audience whether or not there is “such a thing as a ‘moderate’ Muslim,” O’Brien hesitantly replied: ‘I don’t know how to answer that question any more than anyone else does,’ she said. ‘because you don’t know. Islam itself, as far as I’m concerned, is a poisoned well.’”
